Annual pass for the little ones
Kids at the age up to 2 can visit GaiaZOO for free with a ‘annual pass for the little ones’. You can receive this annual pass at the counter at the zoo entrance, or you can request the pass online via Mijn.GaiaZOO.nl.
The annual pass for little ones comes with another benefit: On the 3rd birthday, the birthday boy or girl receives a € 10 discount on the first paid GaiaZOO subscription for children aged 3 to 9.

Frequently asked questions
My annual pass doesn’t expire for another few months, can I renew in advance?
Yes, you can! A pass that expires in the future can always be renewed in advance; 365 days are simply added to the expiration date.
What does the discount for my guests include?
With a paid annual pass (3 to 9 years, or from 10 years) you receive a 30% discount on the regular ticket price for a maximum of 4 people (guests) per day of visit. As a annual pass holder, you can buy the discounted tickets online or at the customer service counter. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions/discounts and you must visit the zoo together with your guests.
What is the start date of the GaiaZOO annual pass?
When taking out a new GaiaZOO annual pass, the date of completing the payment is also the start date. In the event of a renewal, the current expiration date is extended by 365 days. In the case of a gift voucher for a new annual pass, the recipient has two months from the date of purchase to redeem the voucher at our cash register.
What is the duration of the GaiaZOO annual pass? Can I visit GaiaZOO unlimitedly?
The annual pass is valid for 365 days (and in the case of a leap year 366 days). You may visit the zoo as often as you like during this period! In the case of special events and activities organised by GaiaZOO, our calendar states whether or not pass holders can visit free of charge.
As a GaiaZOO annual pass holder, do I get a discount on parking?
Upon presentation of your valid annual pass at our customer service counter, we offer a special card for 10 times parking for € 45.00. This means you park your car for € 4.50 per day. This parking card can be used as long as your season ticket is valid. A one time parking ticket at a discount is also available for € 6.50 (instead of € 9.00).
I have purchased a new annual pass or renewal online or am planning to do so. How do I obtain my personal pass?
Stop by our customer service desk at your next visit and show your confirmation email (on your phone or printed). You don’t need to bring a picture; we will take a (new) one on the spot. You will receive the new pass and can then visit the zoo immediately. Did you know that you can also show your card digitally? A plastic card is therefore no longer mandatory. More information.
I want to pick up the annual passes for my family, but not everyone can join me today. Is this a problem?
No problem! We will create the annual passes for the missing family members next time.
Is a GaiaZOO annual pass personal?
Yes, the annual pass is personal and non-transferable.
I want to visit another selected park with a discount. What do I need to bring and what are the conditions?
Bring your valid GaiaZOO annual pass when visiting one of our selected partners. Always check this page in advance to see if any additional conditions apply.
Are the discounts I receive with my annual pass only valid for myself or can family members also use them?
No, these benefits are only valid for the annual pass holder. This is personal and non-transferable.
How do I inform GaiaZOO when a annual pass holder has passed away?
Please contact us at +31(0)45 567 60 70 or by e-mail at: info@GaiaZOO.nl. The remaining term of the deceased’s subscription may be taken over by someone else. If the person in question already has a current subscription to GaiaZOO, we will extend his/her subscription with the remaining term. We will arrange this for you at our customer service desk.
My child is younger than 3 and does not have a pass yet. What should I do?
For children aged 0 to 2 years, you can receive a free ‘pass for the little ones’. You can register online via Mijn.GaiaZOO.nl or as our customer service counter. You will receive the pass on your next visit. A annual pass for little ones comes with another benefit: On the 3rd birthday, the birthday boy or girl receives a € 10 discount on the first paid GaiaZOO subscription for children aged 3 to 9.
Can I give someone an annual pass as a gift?
You can buy a gift card for a year of GaiaZOO online. You will receive a voucher to give as a gift, which can be exchanged at the GaiaZOO customer support desk (this applies to both new annual passes and renewals).
Can I renew someone else’s subscription? Even if they don’t live at the same address as me?
It is best to purchase a gift voucher via the gift webshop. Please check in advance whether the receiver has an active GaiaZOO annual pass to prevent having to pay extra at the checkout when redeeming the gift voucher. For privacy reasons, we are not allowed to look this up for you.
Can companies also take out annual passes as a gift for employees?
That is possible! You can contact GaiaZOO via reserveringen@GaiaZOO.nl.
